What to do if my dog is vomiting, has diarrhea, and won't eat?

Hello, my dog Bella is vomiting and has diarrhoea. She won’t eat anything. I’ve tried giving her chicken with white rice but it didn’t help and I don’t know what else to do without going to the vet. Any advice ? Pet's info: Dog | Yorkshire Terrier | Female | unspayed | 2 years and 6 months old

Hi there and thanks for posting on Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! I'm sorry to hear Bella is continuing to have vomiting and diarrhea. You may try withholding food for 12 hours (she can have water) and then try refeeding her the boiled chicken, rice, and I'd add a little plain canned pumpkin in there (not the pie filling) to see if that helps. If not, then I'd recommend Bella see her veterinarian as soon as possible to have her evaluated so she can get treated. I hope this helps and thank you for posting!
