My dog has a lump on his testicle. Could it be testicular cancer?

I am scared alot like in human male we fet lump onnour testicle which is called testicular cancer similarly in dogs also they develop lump on their cancer to determine as testicle cancer or what? Be cause today only i notice this small pimple on my dog testicle and his color was black earlier now color changes to white so kindly see the attached photos is it dangerous or what? And do dogs also gets lump on their testicle when they has testicular cancer?

Testicular cancer is not very common in dogs and it occur in most cases at a much older age. i would still recommend having it checked by your vet though, just to have peace of mind as it is not possible for me to know what it is based on a picture.
