Found a dog with swollen, milk-filled breasts. What should I do?

Hey I found dog in town they said her owner killed her babies and she is producing milk and very swallen I don’t know what to do

The swelling of the mammary glands will go down on their own. It is recommended that you don't do anything. This is a normal process. If she still had the puppies eventually they would not be nursing anymore and her milk would dry up on it's own. Same in this scenario. Now, if the glands are infected that is different. If you are not sure if it is normal or infected then please post again with some photos and we can maybe help you better.
