My 7yo dog has been slightly finicky with food for a few days. A couple days ago he threw up yellow bile but hasnt since then. Hes been shivering at night. The weather where we live has gotten cold quite drastically so I'm not sure if that has anything to do with it. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Male | neutered | 6 years and 10 months old | 55 lbs
