My puppies are vomiting, one spayed, other lethargic. Help!

Question

I came home from work and there was 6 piles of vomit on my carpet. I have one puppy that is 16 months old and the other one 7 months. 7 month old just got spayed last week and the other one is acting less entergetic. Please help. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | spayed | 26 days old

Poor pups. Feed them both a bland diet of boiled white meat chicken (no bones) and white rice in small amounts several times a day for a couple of days. Then slowly add back in their normal diet. If one of them refuses to eat the bland diet, one of them vomits the bland diet, develops diarrhea, stops drinking water, starts vomiting water, or becomes very lethargic, that dog will need to see a vet right away.
