My puppy is vomiting foam, sleepy, and won't eat. What to do?

Pet's info: Dog | Great Pyrenees | Male | unneutered | 10 months and 12 days old | 100 lbs

My dog is sick he started puking this morning foam and I gave him some water and he puked that up right after he's been kind of sleepy the past couple of days and all he's been doing is laying around today he's just a puppy it's not like him at all. What can I do to make him eat what drink what should I do

He might have eaten something spoiled that is causing this. withhold food for 12 hours then offer him boiled boneless chicken and rice every 6 hours in small portions. if he is eating and not vomiting, continue with this diet for 2 days. After 2 days, you can put him back gradually on his normal food. If he continues vomiting or is not eating, take him to the vet to get treatment.
