My dog's eye is extremely red. Is this an emergency eye injury?

Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua (Long Coat) | Female | unspayed | 5 years and 9 months old

What do I need to do? I think she got stung. I'm not sure. Please help

The white part of the eye (sclera) is extremely red. It does not look like a sting, it looks like trauma. You need to get her to the vet ASAP or she may lose her eye. This is very painful and she needs assistance right away. Take her to your local ER vet clinic.
