Poor Cindey! Does she have any fights or disagreements with your other cat? Cats can have very negative body language toward other cats sometime, especially if they are the dominant type, and this could be putting the kitten on edge. You may want to try to put out some Feliway diffusers throughout the house. Feliway (or a similar product in your area) is a cat pheromone that only cats smell which can help to calm some cats. Unfortunately, it doesn't work on everyone. Since she is so young, I would also recommend to have your vet take a look at her. Your vet will be able to ensure she has no pain anywhere and that she is otherwise healthy. Your vet may decide to put her on some anti-anxiety meds to help calm her. I hope this helps and she starts to feel more comfortable in her own environment really soon.
