My guinea pig is sneezing. What should I do and should I separate her?

My guineapig has been sneezing for a couple days now and I don't know what to do. Also I don't know If I should keep her away from my other female Guineapig.

Thanks for reaching out about Peper and including some photos. Sneezing can be caused by infections, inflammation, dental disease, nasal foreign bodies, inhaled irritations and more. A veterinary visit is recommended to assess. Monitor diet to ensure good nutrition. Check and correct vitamin C intake. Separating from her friend can increase stress, lowering the immune system, so wouldn't unless gets more severe. Good luck.
