Puppy has wet poop & mucus after food change. What should I do?

Pet's info: Dog | Golden Retriever | Female | unspayed | 3 months and 7 days old | 10.58 lbs

Scarlet have wet poop and little mucus its been 2 days from now. she is normal, she eats,drinks plenty of water and so playful, i've change dog food from royal canin maxi puppy to royal canin golden retriever puppy. Due to her wet poop i try giving him cerelac baby food and little royal canin golden retriever puppy food, i mix it and she eat it..is this alarming? What do you think i do?

It's not all that alarming right now. It may be related to the change in food or it could be caused by intestinal parasites. I would recommend staying with one puppy food at this point, and using an OTC dog dewormer from the pet store. If the diarrhea continues for several days, or if Scarlet develops other abnormal symptoms, then I would recommend you take her to the vet.
