Why is my budgie sick, crashing, fluffy, and has sticky poop?

My budgie seems sick his flight got worse used to fly on curtain rod all of a sudde n he can’t and then crashes on the floor, also I noticed he’s fluffy unless I go talk to him and since last night I noticed poop sticking to his butt , please help

I’m sorry your budgie isn’t feeling well. Birds are very delicate and when they are showing illness signs, they are often more ill then you think. Fluffy feathers and sticky stools can be signs of infection, egg binding or a mass or fluid in the belly. Your little bird needs to see a vet right away to get a diagnosis and see what might help.
