Why is my puppy coughing, sneezing, and acting sick with a fever?

I have a female puppy about 2 months old she coughing so much and sneezing and I think she has fever too .she is not active and only sleeping. Pet's info: Dog | Pomeranian | Female | 2 months and 13 days old
