My puppy threw up yellow vomit. What does it mean and is she okay?

If your pup threw up just one time, I would keep an eye on her and see how she does. If she is lethargic, won't eat or has diarrhea, you need to see your vet. Yellow vomit is often bile and can be from an upset stomach, or from not eating for too long. Sometimes a small snack before bed- a handful of kibble or few biscuits- can help to prevent that from happening. Dogs can get a bit of acid reflux type of thing that a little food to work on helps prevent.
