My cat is lethargic. Could it be salmonella or another serious issue?

Pet's info: Cat | Bombay | Female | spayed | 1 year and 11 months old | 13 lbs

I think if I has salmonella poisoning because she’s Lethargic

Lethargy in cats has many causes. Oreo, ideally, should be examined by your veterinarian. Lab work (CBC, chemistry panel, urinalysis, fecal exam) along with the physical exam may provide a diagnosis. Supportive care can be administered until a diagnosis is reached.
