My southern toad won't eat. Could it be a broken jaw or injury?

My southern toad won't eat and i think it is because his jaw is broken, there is a small white piece sticking out of his bottom jaw and there seems to be a split right at the front tip of it, there is no blood at all

I would consult a veterinarian as soon as you can. This could be a broken jaw and it could be a number of other serious issues that will effect your toad's ability to eat. Things like mouth rot, calcium deficiency, and other types of injury are all concerns. It is best to have a vet look at him and determine a course of action. I hope he feels better soon!
