Dog threw up after changing food. What helps an upset stomach?

Hello, I changed sugar's food to a different brand and she's thrown up twice now. Is there anything over the counter I can give her to help her tummy? I didn't switch it gradually like I should have. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Female | unspayed | 8 months and 12 days old | 12.1 lbs

There isn't really anything OTC that will help in this case. If you just recently switched food, you can go back to the other food and then make the switch over 3-4 weeks. If the vomiting lasts longer than 24 hours, I would recommend having Sugar examined by a vet for prescription anti-nausea medications.
