My dog is acting weird, lethargic, and peeing blood. What's wrong?

Dog starting acting weird last night. He woke up today peeing blood. Hasn’t thrown up. But he did eat and drink some water. We even gave him water with apple v in it. He’s just lethargic. And I’m worried.

Poor guy. I too am worried that he could have a bleeding disorder, urinary stones, or a raging urinary tract infection. I would highly recommend taking him to your vet as soon as you can. They need to do some bloodwork and a urinalysis on him to determine what his current health status is. Best case scenario is that he has a raging UTI, which typically responds to antibiotics.
