My dog had a seizure yesterday after 8 months gap. She first had her seizure in January. Is it an emergency? Should I rush to a vet? Or can I wait? I'm kind of scared. Please help. Thanks in advance

You should always take a dog to the vet that is having seizures. Blood testing should be done to rule out any underlying organ dysfunction that may be causing the seizures. If no underlying cause is found then there are medications that can be prescribed to help control the seizures but usually those are only prescribed if the seizures become more frequent. You know your dog best. If you are worried you should always have her to the vet.
