My dog has bloody diarrhea and is pooping constantly. Is it serious?

my dog just started pooping blood and having bad diarrhea and it's leaking now and she poops like every few minutes i don't think she ate anything abnormal we do give her random food but nothing big or bad for her i don't know what's wrong. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | spayed | 24 lbs

Even random food can cause GI upset. The only food Kira needs is her dog food. I'm concerned that she is pooping blood, keep a close eye on that. Withhold food for 12-24 hours, then feed a bland diet of boiled white meat chicken (no bones) and white rice in small amounts several times a day for a couple of days. Then slowly add back in her normal diet. If the diarrhea continues on the bland diet, she starts vomiting food, she continues to have blood in her poop, she stops drinking water, starts vomiting water, or becomes very lethargic, she will need to see a vet right away.
