It is important to know why Tiger's eyes are painful, to make sure he is treated with the correct medication. He could have an infection, or a scratch/corneal ulcer, among other possibilities. Your vet will be able to identify the problem and make sure he is treated correctly. I do not recommend administering anything over the counter, as it is possible to do harm rather than good.
