My dog's dew claw is cracked and bleeding. Does he need a vet?

Hi first and foremost I appreciate any help with my Dog Spanky. I got home from work today and noticed he was inside licking his paw. I then checked and saw blood form his dew claw. It seems like the caw is split? There’s a piece wedged to the side of it The paw I believe it is cracked or something but don’t want to make any assumptions. I’m attaching pictures, the best I could do because of his pain. I’d also like to mention he isn’t whimpering or anything and he is walking fine. Thanks again !

Ouch, that is cracked and the nail will likely need to be removed (the cracked part). Do not do this yourself, it will be painful for Spanky to have it done. I'd have him seen by a vet. The vet can sedate him and treat this.
