My dog coughs white foam. Is it heart disease or lung fluid?

When a dog coughs white foam or would gag n cough,will that cough in lungs lead to heart disease?will that cough cause fluid accumulation in lungs?will that cough cause heart issues?

Coughing white foam does not lead to heart disease, it does not cause it at all. The dog is coughing due to congestion in the lungs, so there will already be some fluid accumulation causing the coughing. The cough is a symptom of the fluid accumulation, not a cause of it.
