Usually DHPPi (distemper, hepatitis, parvovirus and parainfluenza) and L (leptospira) and rabies (if needed in your area). These are done once a year (except for rabies which is done once every three years), but the protocol would depend on the risk and your local vet's suggestions.

Some vaccines are recommended to be given yearly. These include Bordatella, Lyme, Canine Flu and Lepto. The Rabies vaccine can be given every 3 years after the first one and there is a distemper/parvo vaccine that can be given every 3 years. Discuss a vaccine protocol with your veterinarian based on Piglet's risk of exposure.

This is correct. Kanye will need a distemper/parvo booster this year, then every 3 years. He should also get a Rabies vaccine which will be a 3 year vaccine as well. The "lifestyle" vaccines (Lyme, Lepto, Bordatella, Flu) all require yearly boosters. These are given based on his risk of exposure. A yearly fecal exam and heartworm test are also recommended.
