Why is my dog not eating, vomiting, and sad after his brother died?

Question

My other dog (the white dog) died a few days ago. His older brother seems like lonely. He was eating until yesterday , but now he is not eating he is only drinking water and after a few hours he vomits it. his brother died due to intestinal blockage but we don't suspect that is the cause right now because we always keep watch of our puppy. Other things i would like to add is his eyes is red , he does not play fetch with me anymore , he don't respond to my calls either. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Male | unneutered | 4 months old | 6.61 lbs

Hi. I am so sorry for your loss. It may just be the grieving process, but it would be best to have your pet checked out to make sure that there is nothing else going on that could be causing a decrease in eating. Without an examination it is very difficult to tell as to why he's not eating. Again I'm so sorry for your loss.
