My budgie is sick, weak, sleeping all day, and not flying. Vet needed?

Hello Doctor. I adopted a budgie one week ago. She is sick but I am unable to find out the reason. She keeps on sleeping all day long. Very weak doesnot respond to voice and to soothing budgies music and doesnot have power to bite anything. She doesnot fly and falls on the ground. In starting she have losemotion then I give her kids syrup for the same and now her stool is much better. But she remain sleeping with her head cover after thing she gets. And doesnot mixup with my rest of budgies. Pet's info: Bird | Lovebird | Female

Thanks for reaching out about Cutie and including photos. Cutie needs to be presented to a veterinary clinic, as this appears critical. Remove perches and give a soft towel on bottom of cage. Ensure that food and water are within reach. Heat support in the 80-85 F range might give some assistance. See your veterinarian. Good luck
