Why is my cat still throwing up dry food after vet treatment?

My cat has been throwing up his dry food we sent him to the vets and he had got some meds with a wet food prescription and it went away for about 2 weeks and he just started throwing up again. Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Shorthair | Male | neutered | 6 years and 9 months old | 5 lbs

Chronic gastrointestinal inflammations are commonly approached by a fecal analysis, blood tests and abdominal imaging. Exclusion diets or hypoallergenic ones may be needed as well if food intolerance is suspected. I would recommend to discuss these options with your local veterinarian during another check up.
