My puppy recovered from distemper. Why is she sleeping and not eating?

i got my puppy back from the vet yesterday after she recovered from distemper and she was very cheerful,playful and happy but today she's just been sleeping and won't eat again and i'm scared she got distemper again??? it's only 1 pm and she was playing alot yesterday so mabey she's just tired but i'm still worried??? i don't know what to do??? please help me. Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Female | unspayed | 7 months and 17 days old

She is probably still recovering from the virus. Once you have Distemper, you have it for life, but we don't often see any signs of relapse until a little while later when it shows up as twitching or seizures. I would just allow her to rest and frequently offer her food and water. If she continues to be lethargic for 24 hours, then I would call the vet.
