Why is my 9-month-old dog vomiting, not eating, and has bloody poop?

Dog is not eating since yesterday night, pukes everything out if eats even water, urine is dark yellow and there was a trace of blood in her poop. She's 9 months old. Also she sheds her skin, for which medications are given. Pet's info: Dog | Labrador Retriever | Female | spayed | 8 months and 19 days old | 15 lbs
