Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Shorthair | Male | neutered | 1 year and 1 month old | 9 lbs
Took my 1 yr old male cat Bailey to vet for not seeing him pee that much. She inserted him and got some urine (said he had a little crust down there, not sure what she meant but he does sit on litter). Sample showed no crystals or blood but his ph level was 8, which she said could have been from eating 2 hours prior. I know ph should be at least a 6, how can i help get it to that? I did buy some bladder support powder from Mercola pets and i put a small ice cube in his food. Thank you.

Urine sample seems normal at the moment a part from PH. There is no inflammation (which is the most important thing to rule out). I would keep monitoring him at this stage and make sure he keeps urinating but I would not recommend to change diet or treat at this stage.
