What is ALT. Two ratings one 185 the other 190. On Denamatin. Why and how long. Pet's info: Dog | Pit Bull Terrier | Female | unspayed | 8 years and 4 months old | 95 lbs

ALT is a non-specific liver value that can elevate due to many many reasons. Most vets will recheck the liver values 1 month after starting the medication and then will make decisions based upon the response.
