My dog threw up something strange. Is it worms or something else?

Hi there. One of our dogs threw up and it looks very unusual(see attached picture) I need help to know if it's worms or something else. This dog has a habit of throwing up whenever we give her food from the table like bones and stuff. Help please. She's quite an old dog of about 7 years, small mixed breed (essentially a mutt)

I am sorry to hear about your dog. Based on your photo this doesn't look like any worms I have seen. It almost looks like fabric or stuffing that is in strips. If your dog continues to vomit, has decreased appetite or energy then I would recommend an examination by their veterinarian. You can always save the material the dog vomits and keep it in the fridge until your appointment for your vet to examine if you are uncertain.
