Sorry to ask again I was advised about my kitten having worms but shes upto date with her flea and worm treatment, upto date with vaccinations but gets diarrhoea I've put her on a dry food diet. The diarrhoea has improved but not 100% gone away is happy in herself and very hyper always playing. Thank you.

If regularly vaccinated and treated for worms, gastrointestinal worm infestation should not be a problem at all. I would suggest either to continue the dry food and be patient few more days until the diarrhoea resolves completely or start feeding with a bland diet based on boneless boiled chicken (or white fish) and rice in small portion every 6 hours for the following 48hours. Then gradually reintroduce the normal diet over 5 days. I would definitively recommend a veterinary check up if the signs persist or you notice vomiting, lethargy or inappetence.
