Dog has painful scabby bumps all over, can barely walk. What is it?

Pet's info: Dog | American Pit Bull Terrier | Male | neutered | 2 years and 9 months old | 45 lbs

My dog has these scabby bumps all over his body. First it started with two small one that have gotten huge and now it's all over and on his face and I believe on his feet making hurt so. Bad he can barely walk. What could this be?

He could have a severe bacterial infection, ringworm, demodex mites or scabies. He sounds like he is in bad condition. Diesel needs to be examined by the veterinarian within the next 24 hours for the correct diagnosis and appropriate treatment. Diagnosing mites and ringworm is fairly easy and treatment is determined based upon the cause. I hope this helps and please feel free to post any additional questions.
