Dog has painful scabby bumps all over, can barely walk. What is it?

My dog has these scabby bumps all over his body. First it started with two small one that have gotten huge and now it's all over and on his face and I believe on his feet making hurt so. Bad he can barely walk. What could this be? Pet's info: Dog | American Pit Bull Terrier | Male | neutered | 2 years and 9 months old | 45 lbs

He could have a severe bacterial infection, ringworm, demodex mites or scabies. He sounds like he is in bad condition. Diesel needs to be examined by the veterinarian within the next 24 hours for the correct diagnosis and appropriate treatment.
