My new 8-week-old budgie is breathing heavily. Is she scared or sick?

I bought an 8 week old budgie today and she is quite often breathing heavily, even after my other has calmed down, I don't know whether it's something to be concerned about or whether she's just a bit scared? Pet's info: Bird | Unknown - Bird | Female

This should subside shortly. If this does not improve, consider having her evaluated by a veterinarian for further assessment and treatment. Otherwise, she is likely going to be fine. Best of luck!
