If Kiki is unable to fully go potty, incontinent, and now not eating, it would be best to bring her into your vet ASAP. Issues such as urinary infections and pain may cause a reduction in eating and dribbling, as well as other issues with the muscles, nerves, etc in the hind end or back, or other underlying illness which is why an exam is important to figure out the cause.
