My dog is coughing and gagging. Could it be kennel cough? Vet needed?

My 14 month yellow lab starting mild cough/gagging starting Thursday, last night (Saturday), she had a coughing/ gagging episode with a really coarse cough. And today she’s been coughing throughout. From what I read it seems like kennel cough. She’s still herself otherwise, wants to play, get her belly rubbed, eating fine. Just being more of a suck than normal. Your suggestions? I do have a video if there’s another way I can send it to you. Does she need attention right away? Pet's info: Dog | Labrador Retriever | Female | 1 year and 1 month old | 160 lbs
