Keep walking your puppy to encourage it to go potty. If there is no urination in 12-24 hours, this is a medical emergency. Depending on how much the puppy is eating, bowel movements may not occur for 24-48 hours. If there is diarrhea or constipation, you will see straining and the puppy should be examined by a vet.
