Why is my dog repeatedly vomiting yellow, then brown? Is it serious?

My dog dog is vomiting at different intervals he gets well and again after 1 week vomit again week before he vomited in yellow colour 3 times a day and then got well but today he did very strange brown colour vomit and has not ingested anything bad before just has his food I am attaching both colour vomit please look and suggested me what should I do. Pet's info: Dog | English Cocker Spaniel | Male | 3 years and 3 months old | 36.376 lbs
