My puppy has white eye discharge that won't go away. What's wrong?

My little puppy has some white gooish stuff coming out of the corner of her eyes, I clean her face and eyes regularly and the stuff continues coming out. I'm worried about her, she's also vaccinated against diseases and parvo virus. I would be grateful if you could help me out & advice what to do. What do you think it might be? Pet's info: Dog | Maltese | Female | unspayed | 6 years and 2 months old | 4 lbs
