Why is my dog vomiting, not eating, eating grass, and very lazy?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Male | 100 lbs

My lab mastiff is four and he is puking , not wanting to eat anything but grass and he is very lazy it’s very out of the ordinary for him .

Those are concerning, but vague signs that Beau isn't feeling well. Vomiting and loss of appetite can be due to a number of things including GI upset, allergies, illness, obstructions, and more. In minor cases, a bland meal of boiled chicken and rice can help with minor stomach upset, however, if he's unable to keep anything down, seems very painful or bloated, or this has been ongoing for more than a day, vet care in person ASAP is best.
