My dog ate 100mg ibuprofen and is throwing up, what should I do?

My dog ate 100mg ibuprofen and has vomited twice.

This is an overdose and I'm really concerned since he is already showing clinical signs. Ibuprofen can be given to dogs but it has a very narrow dosing range and safety margin. The top end of a dose for a 17# dog would be 68mg. Frank needs to get to a vet as soon as possible.
