My dog has a pink bump on his nose, but acts fine. Is it serious?

This is most likely a histiocytoma. ( https://veterinarypartner.vin.com/default.aspx?pid=19239&id=4952066 ) If it is not causing him any discomfort then I suggest you just monitor it for now. If it does not go away it's own, it starts to looks worse or it starts to bother him then you should have your vet check it.
