Is this acne? Or an infection? Pet's info: Dog | Pug | Male | neutered | 1 year and 7 months old | 25 lbs

Hi there, That does not look like acne- which is less common in dogs. That could be an infection that needs antibiotics but could also be a small mass growing on the lip- like a papilloma (wart) or another type of mass. That should be seen by a vet who can take a sample form it and give you either meds or a further recommendation.
