Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male
Hi! My dog has not been eating good from these past few days. He doesn't have apettite to be exact, we tried force feeding him. However, he still spits it out. Yesterday, he have this stool that is dry and kinda smelly. One of them has a worm so, we decided to bring him to the vet having a thought of deworming. But, nothing changed.

Hi, and thanks for your question. These signs could be compatible with an inflammation infection of the gastrointestinal system and surrounding organs (like pancreas and liver). A clinical examination at your local veterinarian is immediately essential to confirm these clinical suspicions and treat appropriately. Antibiotics and possibly further investigations (like abdominal imaging as ultrasound or radiographs) may be needed.
