My spayed cat keeps throwing up after vet visit, what's next?

My cat just got spayed Monday. She acted normal and then Wednesday she started acting off. Thursday she was even more off and she started throwing up.Since then she’s thrown up 9 times.We brought her to the er vet and they gave her subq fluids and nausea medicine. We got her home and 20 mins later she puked again. Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Longhair | Female | spayed | 1 year and 3 months old | 6 lbs

Hi, is she is still vomiting it is better that she is checked over again and perhaps have a blood test to make sure no changes over occurred in her kidneys and liver functions and that she is not getting dehydrated, I hope this helps and that Luna gets better soon.
