My 7-week puppy has watery yellow poop and a wide belly. What's wrong?

My puppy has been with me for 4 days. She's 7 weeks. I kept her on the original food her original owners started her n her siblings on. Has a wide belly, poop went from brownish to greenish and soft to watery and greenish to now watery and yellow, even after putting her on a rice diet for a day! How sick is she? Pet's info: Dog | American Pit Bull Terrier | Female | unspayed | 2 years and 1 month old

Those stools are not normal. She probably needs to be dewormed. I think she should see a vet and have a fecal test done. If she is acting otherwise normally I don't think this is an emergency but you should get her to a vet as soon as you can arrange it.
