My cat is 21 years old, and is bleeding from the mouth when she sleeps, eats cat liter, loses weight, pees on the floor, and doesn’t eat or drink regularly. Pet's info: Cat | Russian Blue | Female | spayed | 31 years old | 0 lbs

It sounds like she is suffering from multiple medical problems, at her age it is not surprising. you need to take her to the vet for a full physical exam, her mouth cavity will need to be checked and she will also need to have a blood test done in order to find out what she is suffering from.
