My puppy is vomiting clear fluid and won't eat. What should I do?

My puppy has been throwing up clear fluid, & I'm not sure what to do? It's very hot and humid where we live today, so Idk if that's what's wrong or not he won't eat or drink water? Pet's info: Dog | Dachshund | Male

It sounds like he could possibly have parvo virus. I suggest you have him to a vet immediately for an exam. Even if it is not parvo, continued vomiting and not eating/drinking are not good signs. Dogs rarely throw up even if they are having heat stroke so I doubt it is due to the heat but, of course, it could be and heat stroke is an emergency. Please get him examined by a vet as soon as possible.
