My dogs one ear has been itchy and it has blackish ear wax or something it looks like it also has swollen shut is this a food allergy or mites. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Male | unneutered | 8 months and 26 days old | 40 lbs
