Should I worry about my 8-week-old puppy's weird colored, soft poop?

I don't think the color is concerning. The fact that it is not formed (soft, diarrhea) is more worrisome. There are some flecks in the stool that may be from his diet or something else he ate. All I can say is that if you are worried you should have him to your vet for an exam and a fecal test. If you just got him and he had a diet change and is a bit stressed, this stool may be normal and you can give it a few days to see if it clears up before you take him to the vet as long as he is otherwise fine (eating, drinking, playing, etc). A vet exam is never a bad idea though.
